Asian Marinade

This marinade is delicious and imparts the flavors of Asian cooking.

The flavors in this marinade are so delicious and impart the Asian flavors perfectly.
Ingredients
  • 5 oz. Soy Sauce
  • 2 oz. Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp Molasses or Honey
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp fresh Ginger, grated
Instructions
  1. Add all the ingredients into a large plastic ziplock (makes clean up easy).
  2. Add the beef or chicken and marinate for 5 hours, or longer.
  3. Before cooking the meat or chicken be sure to dry off the excess marinade.
  4. Cook meat accordingly.
  5. Enjoy!

    • Yes, it’s delicious. You might need to adjust the amount of soy sauce to a little less for salad dressing. You can always taste and add more, if desired. :)
