Fresh corn-on-the-cob is taken up a notch with this flavorful recipe. Delicious!
  • 4 ears of corn-on-the-cob
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise (I use the type made with Olive Oil)
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • dash of salt
  • 1/3 cup finely grated Parmesan Cheese
  1. Cook corn by boiling for about 6 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, mix the mayonnaise, cumin, and salt together in a small bowl.
  3. When corn is done, remove from water and pat dry.
  4. Using a brush, thoroughly cover the corn with the mayonnaise mixture.
  5. Sprinkle the corn all around with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Enjoy!

Found your blog via facebook and I gotta say I dig it. Although seriously you’re going to mess with delightfully perfect corn on the cob with Parm & cumin? That being said, you know I’m going to try it for myself. :) You rock sistas!

I love fresh corn just on it’s own, don’t get me wrong. But this way it’s also seriously good. Let me know what you think after you’ve tried it! 😉
