Peppadew Peppers stuffed with Goat Cheeese


Peppadew Peppers stuffed with Goat Cheese and topped with Chopped PecansI love these Peppadew Peppers.

Last night I made a quick appetizer by stuffing these sweet little peppers with goat cheese and topping with some chopped pecans. Pop them in a 350 degree oven for about 10 minutes. Allow to cool briefly before popping into your mouth! These are the perfect bite-size appetizer with just the right amount of sweet & sass.  Everyone loved them!
